Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Seasonal or sale items may have a shorter 14-day window.
Item Condition
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all protective tags and labels attached.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Non-Returnable
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, earrings, and customized/personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For change of mind, a flat-rate shipping fee may apply.
